Kasargod: Labourer found dead by the road - Foul play suspected

Kasargod, Feb 13: Police have recovered the dead body of a labourer found by the road side on Uduma Nalava Dukkal road on Tuesday night, February 11.

The deceased has been identified as Uduma Kundukulapare resident Anish alias Santhosh (25).  The dead body was noticed by a local at night and the police were informed.  The police have conducted inquest and taken the body to the Kasargod hospital.

It is said that cuts and wounds were found on his face and foul play is suspected. Police have registered a case and are investigating.
