Mangalore, May 24: BJP must make its stand clear on the Nagarjuna Power Project proposed to be set up at Yellur near Padubidri here, said a press release issued by the Nagarjuna Vidyut Stavara Virodhi Samiti.
K Somanath Nayak, one of the conveners of the Samiti, said in the release that the BJP, when it was in opposition, had opposed the coal-based power project but now that it was the ruling party it should clarify whether its stand on the project still remains the same.
