New York, Feb 24 (IANS): Deron Williams scored 11 of his 30 points in the final period and Paul Pierce added 25 in Brooklyn Nets' 108-102 victory over the LA Lakers.

The triumph Sunday night also helps the Nets snap a 11-game slide to the LA Lakers, reports Xinhua.

Spaniard Pau Gasol topped the Lakers with 22 points and 11 rebounds.
