Muddu Mohan takes over as new DC of Udupi district

Udupi, Mar 1: Muddu Mohan took over as the new deputy commissioner (DC) of the district from present incumbent, Dr M T Reju, on Friday February 28.
Muddu Mohan had been serving as the state project director of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan at Bangalore, before being appointed as the DC of this district.
Muddu Mohan, who began his administrative career as a KAS officer, was later promoted to IAS cadre. He hails from Raichur.
Dr Reju has been transferred as the deputy commissioner of Uttara Kannada district.
