M'lore: Mohd Haneef takes charge of state Beary Academy

Mangalore, Mar 4: “Give more importance to language, culture and literature and also fulfill the importance of Beary academy with unity," said B Ramanath Rai state minister for Environment, Ecology and Forest addressing in Beary language.
 
He was addressing  a gathering at the installation ceremont of the Karnataka Beary Sahitya Academy, Mangalore after handing over the files to newly appointed president B A Mohammed Haneef.

 


MB Abdul Rehman, founder president of (KBSA) in his address said “This academy came into existence for the development of Beary culture and language. It should also witness  a lot of research in the field. We should immensely contribute for the development of this language. Moreover, virtue is a motto of the Bearys."
 
Vasudev Bolar president of AHINDA, Chandrahasa Rai, registrar of KTSA also spoke on this occasion.
 
Umarabba registrar of Karnataka Beary Sahitya Academy welcomed. Newly appointed president B A Mohammed Haneef welcomed the newly appointed members.
 
The appointed members were Hamid Padubidri, K Iddinabba Beary, M E Mohammed Firdos, Abbas Kirugunda, Abdul Hammed Golthamajal, Badruddin K Mani.
 
Abdul Hammed Golthamajal compered the programme.
