Kasargod: Auto driver dies during bath at Karicheri lake dam

Kasargod, Mar 5: An auto driver is reported to have died after falling in dam water while having bath in it.

The deceased has been identified as Poinachi Pariyattadka resident V Abhilash(27).  The incident occurred when he was having bath in the dam along with two of his friends.

They were having bath in the dam at Karicheri lake, Kayakunnu.  The dam was filled with slush and dirt.  Abhilash is said to have got stuck in the slush and died. Though his friends tried to pull him up, it was not possible.  It was too late when he was eventually pulled up with the help of local people.
