Sullia, Jun 2: Asumanth (22), son of Govardhini and Dr Jaykumar and the grandson of Dr Venkatraman Kurunji died in a car accident in America recently. Ashumanth was studying medicine. 

Govardhini, the daughter of Dr Venkatraman Kurunji is settled in USA along with her husband Dr Jaykumar who is a cardiologist.   Ashumanth met with an accident while he was travelling by his car.  The reports said that he sustained serious injuries and died in the hospital.

Dr Venkatraman Kurunji is the founder president of Academy of Liberal Education here.
