Bangalore, Jun 9 (Friday, 8-00 pm): The Neuro surgeon from St John's Hospital says that Fr Henry Madtha
is showing signs of improvement and his brain cells are still alive. However, it might take weeks to months before he recovers.

On Friday, the bishops of of Chikmagalur and Mysore visited Fr Madtha and observed his eye lids moving, which is a real positive sign of improvement.

His well-wishers have been thanked for their prayers and further prayers have been sought for his early, complete recovery. 

On Thursday, some baseless rumours that his condition had turned for the worst has spread creating panic and rush at the hospital. Evereone is requested not to believe in any rumours, and, instead, look for official announcements.
