Mangalore, Apr 10:  “The Congress is spreading lies about BJP MP candidate Nalin Kumar Kateel. Congress has no other issues to seek votes on. In a survey by the ‘India Today’, Nalin Kumar has been ranked 24th in the country.  Today, even the Times of India survey ranks him as the 6th best MP. The survey has been done in 500 areas with a total of 2.5 lac respondents. Nalin Kumar also secured a score of 8.08 out of 10. Being an MP without experience, he has worked for the district and will continue to do so in future. As I said earlier, the Congress should speak about the contribution of their MP candidate when he was a Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha member,” said BJP district president Prathap Simha Nayak.

He was addressing the press at the BJP election campaign office on Wednesday April 9.

“On Monday April 14 , especially keeping in mind the SC/ST voters, the BJP will hold a door-to-door campaign throughout the district,” he added.

On this occasion, Rukmayya Poojary, former Mayor Shankar Bhat, and Diwakar Samani were present.
