Bantwal, Apr 13: Congress zilla panchayat member Chandraprakash Shetty alleged that the group clashes that occurred in Kalladka are a result of a hidden conspiracy and internal agreement between the BJP and the SDPI.

Speaking to reporters at B C Road on Saturday April 12, he said that the two parties are creating group clashes in order to divide the votes and create an atmosphere of fear.

“The people of Kalladka are peace-loving.  However, the two parties are indulging in stone pelting and bottle-throwing in an attempt to create tension and attract voters. Besides this, the BJP and the SDPI are registering false cases against Congress leaders in order to aggravate the tense situation,” he alleged.

“The parties who divide voters on the basis of religion and caste are pointing fingers at the Congress. Intelligent voters will not listen to the anti-Congress campaign and will teach those parties a lesson by ensuring the victory of Congress candidate Janardhan Poojary,” said Shetty.
