Udupi, Apr 21: Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal jointly organized a press meet on April 21 here at the press club to condemn the recent killing of cattle trader Kabeer.
Sharan Pumpwell addressing the media said "Cattle trader Kabeer who was shot dead by the ANF solidiers was a very unfortunate incident and it is not a matter of innocence."
He further argued and said "the Congress, which is the current ruling government is a root cause of such problems in the state."
He strongly condemned the incident and requested the authorities to take a proper action against the ANF soldiers.
"The soldiers have lost their confidence and sense of judgement; this indirectly shows their support towards Naxals," said by Sharan
He further demanded saying "Mohiuddin Bava, MLA Mangalore North Constituency should resign from his post. Smuggling and involvement in cattle trade and cow slaughter must be stopped."
He pressurized the implementation of strict laws for the protection of cows and its trading malpractice, in order to protect these animals. Bajrang Dal and VHP in Karnataka will protect these animals in case justice is not rendered."
