Dubai, May 7: Come Friday May 9 and the ardent Konkani music enthusiasts of Dubai will have a real treat. Konkani’s young and charismatic music composer, Dubai-based Lancy Noronha will be presenting his 6th Lancy Nite, an entertainment extravaganza at Emirates English Speaking School, near Safa Park on Friday May 9 from 6.30 pm.
Lancy Noronha will be joined by entrepreneur Joseph Mathias who has carved a niche for himself among Konkani singers in Dubai.
The specialty of the show will be performance by well-known Mumbai-based singer Kenny who will amuse his admirers with his usual stylish songs and dance in female role. Lancy and Joseph will be supported by Shyna and Lanita Noronha. Dony Correa, Mario Rego, Preema D'Souza, Monica Valder, Vinod and Vincent Rodrigues too will render their melodious voices. Magician Antony will spellbind the audience with magic tricks.
Dubai's well-known compere Roshan D'Silva will take charge of the show with his compering skills, like in the previous shows. Ramiro Mascarenhas and team, one of the topmost music providers for Konkani shows will once again charm the audience with their unique music direction. Apart from singing, dance and comedy will also keep the audience on their toes. Actor-director Pradeep Barboza, supported by movie actor Deepak Paladka and Ashunta will entertain the audience with comedy. Ocean Kids group will add more charm to the event with scintillating dances.
Joseph Mathias says it’s a unique privilege to present this show with foot-tapping numbers to Konkani speaking community of Dubai craving for Konkani songs.
