Dubai, May 11: Vamanjooreans UAE is all set to entertain the Konkani theatre lovers in the UAE with twin dramas on Friday May 30 at Sheik Rashid auditorium from 6 pm.
The first is the award-winning evergreen social drama 'Chintnen Sabdanani Karnen' by well-known writer MickMax, enacted only by Vamanjooreans specially flown from Vamanjoor, Mangalore.
The second Konkani comedy drama titled 'Kazarachi Dhotorne' by playwright the late M P D'Sa will also be staged on the same day and will be performed by UAE's talents.
The hilarious Konkani drama 'Kazarachi Dhotorne' written by M P D'Sa will no doubt provide a laughter treat to the audience. This is a drama they should be waiting to watch and enjoy.
'Kazarachi Dhotorne' will be performed by well-known actors of UAE namely Jochim Udyavar, Richerd Sampige, Godwin Attur and Stephen Vamanjoor and will be directed by Stephen Menezes Vamanjoor.
About the artistes of 'Kazarachi Dhotorne'
Jochim D'Souza Udyavar is one of the finest comedians hailing from Udyavar, Udupi and has acted in many famous comedy plays such as 'Pedeistaso Bongostol', 'Sairekeso Malo', 'Jebli Jelly', 'Javyan Ooru Ooru Mojiem Lonchem'. The audience will love his performance as he will be playing the main role in this drama.

Richard Saldanha is a well-known figure in Konkani dramas; his dedication and hardwork has made him a great actor. The UAE audience has already watched his acting skills as he has performed mainly in many hilarious dramas such as 'Sangon Mugdana' which was staged five times successfully in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Doha, 'Soglen Divnchen Tanem', 'Konachen Aikonchen?', 'Mog Molak Melana', 'Bokul Bosthu'. He has also acted for Konkani web serial 'Lisanvachin Larhan' which was webcasted on Daijiworld.
Godwin Castelino is a popular artiste familiar to the UAE audience and a very talented comedian. He has acted in the hit drama 'Aami Nathlyaa Vellar', which was performed in the UAE, India, Doha and Kuwait. He has also acted in two other hilarious comedy dramas 'Sangon Mugdana' and 'Ootre Uzwadlem' written by UAE-based playright Pradeep Paladka. The UAE audience will love to see his acting in 'Kazarachi Dhotorne' for sure.
Stephen Menezes is another talented actor from Vamanjoor. It is said that acting runs in his blood and no doubt he is another great actor to watch out for, and aritiste who has performed with talented actors from Vamanjoor. A few of the dramas he has acted in are 'Aang Bizlear Masli Meltha' and 'Amka Lotri Utlya'.

'Chintnen Sobdan Ani Karnen'
The first drama to be staged on the same day is the award winning Konkani social drama 'Chintnen Sobdan Ani Karnen'. Young music director and singer Royston Pinto will be providing music for this drama and also entertaining the crowd with his melodious singing.
All the proceedings of the twin dramas will go back to Vamanjoor parish to support medical and educational causes and for the underprivileged to stand on their feet and live a standard dignified life.
