Udupi: Treat all communities equally: Pejawar Swamiji to new govt

Daijiworld Media Network – Udupi (EP/PS)

Udupi, May 17: “The new government should ban cow slaughter. Ram mandir should be built. Let there be no discrimination between minority and majority communities. Do not hurt farmers or agriculturists in the name of development," said Pejawar Swamiji soon after the results of election started pouring in on Friday May 16.

Speaking in Udupi, he said that the expectations of the people have come true.

"NDA should bring about a corruption-free and development-oriented government. I have not identified myself against any party. The new government should not discriminate between communities or create problems for the farmers in the name of development," said Pejawar Swamiji.
