Chandrayya Vidwan Felicitated

Moodbidri, Jul 5: Chadrayya Vidwan, a noted Gamaka artiste, retired teacher and editor of Vivekabhyudaya was felicitated during a function organized to observe Press Day at Press Club premises here recently.

Chandrayya was felicitated by S N Diwakar, president of Mahaveer College Trust.

Dhananjaya Moodubidri, repoter and secretary of the club and other office bearers of the club were also present on the occasion.

Marnad Farmers Association Felicitates Agriculturists

Moodbidri: Dhana Keerthi Balipa, president, Zone Farmers Association and Fausthin, the two noted agriculturists from the area were felicitated by Marnad Farmers Association for their dedicated work towards the agriculturists’ community.

The programme was presided over by Ashpak Ahmad, local leader, Sathish K Golla, agriculturist and Valerian were the chief guests on the occasion.

Jaya Kotian welcomed the gathering and proposed vote of thanks.  Mohammad Arif compered the programme.
