Karkala: Rekha Bhandarkar awarded doctorate

Karkala, May 29: The Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum has given the doctorate award to the professor of the NITTE NMAM Technological University's department of Electronics and Communication Engineering Rekha Bhandarkar on Thursday May 29.

Professor Rekha was honoured for research and thesis on Cochlear Filter Implimentation of FPGA.


This thesis was done under the direction of the principal of RNSIT, Bangalore  Dr M K Venkatesh and principal of MSRIT, Bangalore Dr S Y Kulkarni.

Rekha Bhandarkar is the daughter of M R Bhandarkar and Vasanthi R Bhandarkar. She has completed her degree in engineering at BIET, Davangere and her masters' at SDMCET, Dharwad.
