Dubai, Jun 3 (Emirates 247) : A British visitor allegedly punched an air hostess and groped her lower back after having five small bottles of alcohol, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
The victim, KM, 28, also British, testified that during the flight from Bangkok to Dubai, at around 6am one of the passengers groped her.
“The passenger hit and groped my lower back and then asked me to sit next to him. He pulled my hand and kissed it against my will,†the victim told investigators.
The victim’s co-worker SA, 26, Tunisian, told investigators that she heard the passenger shouting at the victim saying: “You pumped me with your bumpsâ€.Â
“As she did not understand what he meant, I explained the phrase to hear. Later the accused asked for more alcohol, then he groped the victim’s lower back,†SA told investigators.
The accused denied sexual assault but admitted to consuming alcohol when appeared before the court which will give its sentence on June 16.
