Bhatkal: After son, mother commits suicide

Bhatkal, June 5: Vengtamma Nagappa Naik (55), a resident of Bhatkal Sonarkiri committed sucide by jumping into a well at 12:30 midnight.

This incident took place after her son Srinivas Nagappa Naik (31) committed sucide by hanging from the roof of a house which was under construction at Karvinkatte, Bhatkal on May 22.


It is said that Vengtamma's son was married six months back and there was some family problem.

The son's body was immediately sent for post mortem and a case was also registered.
