Kasargod: Youth arrested while trying to sell stolen mobile

Kasargod, June 10: Police have arrested a person while he was trying to sell a mobile stolen from a court employee.

The arrested is identified as Mohammed Ashraf (24), a resident of Nayammarmoole. A bag belonging to Nileshwara, an employee of the family court situated in the building of the new bus stand was stolen on April 26.

The stolen bag contained a driving license, an ATM card and a mobile phone.

The accused was arrested while trying to sell the mobile. The police have said that Harris, the accomplice of the accused has fled.
