Abu Dhabi: Etisalat partners with UAE Exchange

Abu Dhabi, Jun 17: Etisalat, UAE’s leading telecom operator, announced its partnership with UAE Exchange, the leading global remittance and foreign exchange brand, to offer seamless payment solutions significantly enhancing customer convenience across the country. The agreement signing ceremony was held at Etisalat head office here on Sunday June 15 in the presence of senior executives from Etisalat and UAE Exchange.

The partnership reflects the focus of both the entities on customer satisfaction and convenience. 


Ahmed M Al Awadi, the chief financial officer at Etisalat said, “As well as technology and services to suit our customers’ lifestyles, Etisalat is committed to providing a range of innovative solutions that can ease their daily lives."

He added, "We are excited about our partnership with UAE Exchange that allows us to leverage our partner’s extensive network across the UAE and widen our customers’ options for routine activities such as bill payments and subscription renewals.”

The partnership increases Etisalat customers’ choice of cash collection centres to 132 UAE Exchange branches located in the country.

It also extends Etisalat’s existing payment options to more than 11 ways, including Etisalat Business Centres, Etisalat Online Service, Public Cash Payment Machines, Auto Pay and Mobile Pay, IVR 101 & 142.
