    Dear IMRAN BAVA, MANAGALORE
May i know which law is followed in KSA ?
One who knows about 'sharia' cannot convince any of the HUMAN RIGHT intellectuals present in INDIA when the culprits are punished so that they can keep quiet.
Feel proud that you have been born in INDIA n enjoying every freedom that you wish for without harming any other human.
This is my humble request that ,If can give any answer with facts n logic then feel free to reply but not by the same old tune like why are you giving it a 'communal color' etc etc for people asking question sarcastically or personal interest.
Now don ask me that 'what do you know about sharia before commenting!!
    Thank you
    Have a good day.

Naushad as explained by the writer as rowdy sheeter and accused in many cases.
Those who committed his murder did the job of the police.
Hence, the story should end now by releasing them.

If at all, India has followed Saudi law (towards the crimes such as rape, murder, drugs related cases, smuggling etc...... list is endless) in addition to curbing crimes, our exploding population would have been checked to some extent !

Indian government should follow saudi government law. Hang the murderers, no one should repeat same kind of mistakes. if you have hang absolutely there will not be a chance of revenge. No Excuse for murderers. Stop taking other people 's life of living.

Praveen, are you comparing the crime rates from India to Saudi? listen then 0.1 % against INDIAS 70% crime, FYI in India crime is increasing every year where as in SAUDI it is neutral. for god sake take your communal things outside and support for the LAW & SYSTEMS OF SAUDI where it will bring peace in INDIA,

Those who hate their own life will make crime in KSA, criminals know that they can’t escape from death and they don’t fear for death. But in India, criminals even they fear for death, they know that they can get bail easily so they are involving in murders, Rape and other crimes.

Police nab the culprits from wherever they are hiding, but the fact is, these people come out on bail within a few days and back in the same old business. The court also fails in giving proper punishment and lets them free after a lengthy legal battle ranging from 5 to 10 years! This is how these criminals flourish without any fear!!

Dear Allen, Mangalore, that's what I always ask for. what happens to these culprits. never we heard any strong sentences or punishments to these social evils. definitely they will come out. We will come to know when the same people are caught in another crime after some time... where the news will mention that x person was arrested 2 / 3 times earlier related to y crime and was released on bail. this is common ... that's why we are in such a society. pity on ourselves... why don't you arrest the guy who bailed him in last time. he is responsible for bringing these guys out. I am sure they sigh so many documents while providing the bail to any such crimes. So they should be responsible while these same evils end up in similar cases. So, no idea how and where these issues will end ...
