Global Multi Specialty Hospital holds health awareness prog

Mangalore, Jun 26: Great Britain-based Global Multi Specialty Hospital, Matadakani Urwa, organized a Health Awareness Campaign at Akshaya Hall, Bokkapatna here in association with the Veeranayaka Janaseva Trust, Bokkapatna on Wednesday June 25.

The campaign was organized mainly for the members of self-help groups. Detailed information on issues relating to obstetrics and gynecology, tuberculosis, pulmonary diseases, dental treatment and other were provided and an awareness about taking care of ones health was created through valuable tips.


Well-known obstetrician and gynecologist of the hospital Dr Nisha Kanchan, Dr Pradeep Narayan, consultant on Pulmonary diseases and dental surgeon Dr Ramya Adarsh took up sessions with regard to allergy, tuberculosis, chest diseases as well as dental care.

President of Sri Veeranayaka Janaseva Trust, Jayendranath, Nayana, Dr Sushil Jathanna, Dr Sudha Rama Rai and Bhaskar Arasa were present.

Global hospital is the first ever Britain based multi specialty hospital in the city, which aims at providing the best possible health care with the help of latest technology at affordable prices.
