Ankara, July 8 (IANS): Former Italian World Cup coach Cesare Prandelli will be Galatasaray's new head coach, the Turkish club has announced.
Prandelli, 56, will replace fellow Italian Mancini, who left the club after less than a season after leading it to a disappointing second place finish in the Turkish league last season, Xinhua reported Tuesday.
The club said the decision would be officially announced soon. Media reports had also linked former Everton and Manchester United manager David Moyes as a candidate for the post.
