Puttur, Aug 14: Sattar, who has been accused of having murdered Akshata of Tarigudde near here, will be subjected to narco-analysis to find out the motive behind the murder as also the possibility of some others being involved in the gory act.

Sattar will undergo the process on August 16. The venue has not been disclosed as yet.

In view of several rumours making rounds and demand from many organizations to have him narco-anylysed, the decision has been taken by the police.

Results of the narco-analysis are likely to draw a curtain on the wild speculations in circulation.

In the meantime, there is also confusion about who exactly helped in the arrest of Sattar. Those who had offered cash and land as prize now appeared to be backing out citing lame excuses.
