Mangalore, Aug 15: A KSRTC bus coming from Mysore turned turtle near Kankanady Garodi here on Monday August 14 night injuring three persons.


The bus was coming from Mysore to the city when the accident took place.  The bus driver, in a bid to dodge an approaching car applied sudden break.  As a result he lost control over the vehicle which turned turtle and fell into a gorge.


 

The car too was damaged in the accident.  A house and a temple which were close to the spot where bus turned turtle too have been damaged.  Though it is reported that three persons have been injured in the accident, the identity of the injured is not yet established.

Kankanady police have registered a case in this regard.
