‘Kick’ collects Rs 26.4 crores on its first day

Mumbai, July 26: Salman Khan starrer ‘Kick’ has collected a whopping Rs 26.4 crores on its first day. This is the second highest non-holiday opening after ‘Dhoom 3’. The movie has got thumbs up from the
audience.

The amount collected on its first day is extraordinary as it is Ramadan period and also a non holiday. The movie's collection is expected to touch Rs 40 crore mark on Sunday or on Tuesday which is Eid.

‘Dhoom 3’ had collected Rs 36.6 crores on its first day, which is the highest single day collection.

Salman Khan had a bad start to the year with his ‘Jai Ho’ not performing well as expected. But this time his fans have not lt him down and proved that he is still the number 1 actor in India. The movie is running to packed houses all over the world.
