Twinkle, my superwoman: Akshay Kumar


Mumbai, Aug 1 (IANS): 'Khiladi' Akshay Kumar is a proud hubby! While his wife Twinkle considers him the "man of the house", he makes no bones about calling her his "superwoman".

"She calls me man of the house in her column but she is my superwoman," Akshay tweeted Friday alongside a photograph featuring Twinkle on the cover of a leading fashion magazine.

The couple got married in 2001, and they have two children together - son Aarav and daughter Nitara.

Twinkle, daughter of Dimple Kapadia and late Rajesh Khanna, was an actress and now she's a popular interior designer.

Name-dropping upsets Richa Chadha

Actress Richa Chadha is surprised by news that she may be part of casting director Mukesh Chabbra's directorial debut "Kaacha Love, Pakke Dost", and says she has "never heard about this movie".

She is especially surprised as Chabbra happens to be a good friend.

Reacting to the reports, Richa said in a statement: "It's funny actually because Mukesh is a dear friend. And if he has such a movie I'm sure he would call and ask. I have never heard about this movie and this actually isn't the first time my name is being used randomly without me being aware."

Meanwhile, she will be seen in "Tamanchey" and she is also doing a play titled "Trivial Disasters".

Sidharth working hard for 'Bhavesh Joshi': Motwane

Filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane is yet to start shooting for his next film "Bhavesh Joshi" with Sidharth Malhotra, but he says the young actor is working hard to give it his best shot.

"He (Siddarth) is working hard for the film...you all will have to wait for that! We will start shooting from December. We are still looking for the leading lady for the film," Motwane said here.

Motwane has earlier directed "Udaan" and "Lootera".
