Dhanush's 'VIP' to be remade in Hindi

Chennai, Aug 4: Dhanush has decided to remake his Tamil blockbuster 'Velaiilla Pattadhari' in Hindi. The movie was supposed to be dubbed into Hindi language for the television premier. But certain distributors from Hindi Film industry watched the film and adviced Dhanush to remake the film in Hindi and also act in it.

Dhanush is the producer of 'VIP.' He agreed to the distributors advice and will be producing the Hindi venture. He is a pan India celebrity now due to his debut Hindi film 'Raanjhanna' becoming a huge hit.

Dhanush is presently working in R Balki's 'Shamitabh' opposite Akshara Hassan. Amitabh Bachchan is also seein in the pivotal role in the film. 'Shamitabh' is expected to hit screens next year.
