Rajinikanth's 'Lingaa' to be shot in Shimoga

Chennai, Aug 5: Rajinikanth's upcoming film 'Lingaa' will have it's final schedule shot in Shimoga, Karnataka. It is being said that a huge Shiva statue will be used for the shoot. Producer Rockline Venkatesh has refused to divulge any details.

The first schedule of the film was shot in Mysore. The second schedule was shot in Hyderabad. In the movie, we will see Rajinikanth in dual role. He is paired opposite Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty.

'Lingaa' is directed by K S Ravikumar. The script is written by Pon Kumara. A R Rahman has given the music for the film. The film is expected to release on Rajini's birthday on December 12, 2014.
