Dubai, Sep 4: Helpline will be resuming its sessions from 6th September, 2006 and the meeting will be held on Wednesday, 6th September, 2006 from 10.30 am to 12 noon.  The session will start with meditation followed by a discussion on "Your experiences this Summer" to conclude a game will be held.
 
What is Helpline all about?
 
Helpline is a platform for women that meet on a weekly basis that allows members to share their views, feelings and experiences on all aspects that affect their daily lives and discuss various important issues such as anger management, loneliness, time management, relationships, etc.  Professionals & experts such as gynecologists, physiotherapists, and specialists in Reiki, Art of Living, Yoga and other alternative therapies are often invited to present valuable information to the members, which are followed by question & answer sessions and open discussions.  Members are also encouraged to showcase their talents and share their skills and knowledge on different subjects with other members. 

Helpline sessions are held every Wednesday from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon.  These sessions include the following elements, and are structured on the member's preferences and interests :

* Meditation for about 15 minutes
* Discussions on agreed topic
* Demonstrations by experts / members
* Talks by professionals & experts
* Quiz by members
* Housie / game
* Outings to places of interest (once a month)
* Charitable work
* Any other activities of interest
