Mangalore, Sep 10: Mandd Sobhann will present its 6th Global Konkani Music Awards for the year 2013 in 6 categories and has called for applications / recommendations for the same.
The categories are:
1. Best Singer Female – 2013
2. Best Singer Male – 2013
3. Best Lyricist – 2013
4. Best Music Composer – 2013
5. Best Music Arranger – 2013
6. Best Music Album – 2013
Any Konkani vocal music album released in the year 2013, by anyone from any part of the world, is eligible for this Award.
The Award consists of Rs 25,000 each, the coveted title, a trophy and public honour.
Applications / nominations should reach Mandd Sobhann by September 30.
The awards ceremony will be held on December 21 this year at Kalaangann.
