Well done: Big B tells 'Finding Fanny' team


Mumbai, Sep 11 (IANS): After watching the trial show of "Finding Fanny", megastar Amitabh Bachchan was all praise for the "delightful slice-of-life" drama.

He has congratulated the film's cast and crew.

Directed by Homi Adajania, the English language Bollywood entertainer stars Arjun Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Dimple Kapadia, Naseeruddin Shah and Pankaj Kapur.

"Finding Fanny...Deepika calls to the trial and it was such a delight to witness...such effortless, natural performance.

"What a delightful slice of life 'Finding Fanny'... well done Homi, NaseerS, Dimple, PankajK, Deepika and Arjun...congratulations," Big B posted Wednesday.

The 71-year-old has commenced work on a new film project himself with Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Bejoy Nambiar.

Sonam gorges on 'Gujju thali'

Bollywood's foodie beauty Sonam Kapoor couldn't help but get her hands on a full Gujarati thali upon landing in Ahmedabad to promote her film "Khoobsurat", which releases Sep 19.

"Kem cho ahemdabad! First thing I did as I landed was treat my self to a gujju thali," Sonam tweeted along with a photograph of what truly looked like a gastronomical delight.

One wonders how she manages to maintain that fit frame when she loves food so much!

Bipasha flattered with 'Creature' cake

Actress Bipasha Basu's stay in Bangalore was made special by the hotel staff members who gifted her a special creepy looking cake inspired by her forthcoming film "Creature 3D".

She went to Bangalore for a press conference for "Creature 3D" Thursday, and tweeted: "The hotel got me a Creature Hand Cake! Ha ha ha! Don't know how I will eat it?"

Bipasha also shared a snapshot of the cake, and sure enough, it doesn't look very tempting.

Her film "Creature 3D", directed by Vikram Bhatt, is slated to release Friday.
