TV challenging for Riya Bamniyal


Mumbai, Sep 12 (IANS): "Luv Ka The End" fame Bollywood actress Riya Bamniyal makes her television debut with "Yeh Hai Aashiqui". And she found the experience of working on the small screen "challenging, but fun".

In the show, she will be seen as a struggling model and comparing her experience on both the mediums, she said.

"Working on television is quite challenging as in a single episode one has to portray a lot of emotions, but at the same time, fun."

"There is a new found respect for television, which I have discovered while working for it," she said in a statement.

The episode featuring her talks about the strength of love and how Riya's character Ahana leaves home to chase her dreams.

While struggling in Mumbai, love enters her life in the form of Arijit, played by Ravish Desai. Life takes a drastic turn when Ahana suffers partial memory loss after an accident. But her love sticks with her and helps her achieve her dreams.

Actor Ritwik Dhanjani, who will take the viewers through the entire story, will host the episode. It will be aired Sep 14 on Bindaas.
