Kasargod, Sep 20: A theft has occurred in an old house belonging to S J Prasad, the former president of Town Municipal council. Rs 20,000 and some other items are said to be missing. Shibu, an employee in the house noticed the door broken.

As it was old tiled house, the thieves entered by breaking the door. The theft occurred when there was no electricity. The mobile phone of Shibu is also said to be missing. It is said that it was the third time that the theft occurred. In the thefts that occurred in the past, a motor pump, sprinkler pipes and sand was stolen.
