Student arrested for sending email claiming bomb threat in Mysore

Mysore, Sep 27: A person who sent an email to the Mysore police commissioner claiming that bombs had been planted in different parts of the city has been arrested by the Mysore CCB police.

The arrested is identified as Pradeep (25), a BCA student from SIT locality of Tumkur.

The accused had sent the said e-mail on September 21, saying that Hizbul Mujahideen chief had targeted Mysore Dasara celebrations and time bombs and RDX were kept in 30 different places of the city.

Nazarbad police station had registered the case and the Mysore police commissioner Dr M A Salim had entrusted the case to Mysore CCB.

Through investigations the police learnt that the email was sent from Tumkur. They later nabbed the email sender from his hometown. Now the accused has claimed that he was unhappy with the present social system and hence sent the email with disgust.

Mysore DCP, A N Rajanna and CCB ACP, K N Madayya led the operations. The arrested has been remanded in police custody.

    Nowadays some youths are using their technical know how and Play games to Show ups which but bring only Problems to other People and suffer through it.Whe we say one from a definite society Play deadly mischief and through it other People will be doubted.when this Young man was getting bored,then I advise him go to some ashrams or to hospitals and Nurse the poor who really Needs care,but not do such stupid things.It is a costly and frightening affair.

    Before two weeks, a person of Kannur, Kerala was severely injured in an attempt to make bomb when it prematurely exploded. After that, a large cache of explosives was found at his damaged house. I request police of both states for joint investigation to find out, if there is any link.

    This is not prediction, He is chief of hizbul mujahideen may be he planted bombs all around 30 places. if bomb blasts it sure that this bombs planted by him and his socaled hizbul mujahideen group, but am not sure about which community this Hizbul Mujahideen belongs to which is headed by chief Pradeep from Mysore.

    Hizbul Mujahideen is not a one man organization. There are other friends of Pradeep waging war against nation and planting bombs in Trains, Temples, Masjids, Dargahs etc. Now with thier cheif Mr. Pradeep behind bars we hope their ther friends also will get arrested soon.

    I wish this incident is investigated thoroughly. But he should not rot in jail like other muslim youths in the name of never ending investigation. Instead suffering youths should be released if investigation is not completed in stipulated time.
