NSS unit of Father Muller College Of Nursing participate in 'Swachh Bharat Mission'

Mangalore, Oct 2: NSS Unit of Father Muller College of Nursing participated in 'Swachh Bharat Mission' on Gandhi Jayanthi today. The campaign was started by Prime Minister with a view to create an awareness about cleanliness among people in and around we live in.

NSS Unit of Father Muller College of Nursing started the campaign at 8 am and ended it at 10.30 am under the guidance of Shajan Xaviour who is the NSS programme co-ordinator of Father Muller college of Nursing. He was supported by his co-cordinators Lidwin Lobo and Florine Veigas.

The unit consists of 50 members and it was sub divided to 10 groups. The members cleaned the area around Father Muller hospital from By Pass road Kankanady till Valencia area. The mission was successfully completed by the team. The NSS unit created awareness among general population about need for cleanliness.
