ISIS claims killing of British hostage Alan Henning

London, Oct 4 (Agencies): British taxi driver Alan Henning, who skipped Christmas with his family to raise funds to purchase ambulances and medical equipment and join an aid convoy to Syria, has been beheaded by Islamic State militants.

Henning (47) from Eccles, Greater Manchester had been held captive in Syria for nine months by IS militants.

Despite repeated requests from his wife who said that Henning "was working with Muslims to help the most vulnerable within Syria" IS on Friday night released a video showing Henning's beheading, making him the fourth western hostage and the second Briton to have been killed.

The others who were beheaded on video were US journalists James Foley and Steven Sotloff and Scottish aid worker David Haines.

    We are living in the 21st century but when I see the brutal killings of innocent civilians by these Islamic terrorists, I feel like we are in stone-age. The victims are journalists, people who went there for employment or aid-workers who went there to help their citizens on UN missions, who have nothing to do with politics. I’m quite disturbed to see the pictures of beheaded victims of men, women and children belonging to a different community, all in the name of religion. Where in the Quran or Hadith is it mentioned to kill innocent people? Not only do they kill but also send the video-clippings for public viewing. Are they fighting for Islamic cause or Devil’s cause? I strongly feel that these terrorists (don’t call them militants) are possessed by Devil. No human can do such inhuman acts.
    Terrorism has no religion. It is the misinterpretation of their Holy Book. In fact, these terrorists are the products of socalled “teachers” in Madarassas ((Islamic schools). I am not blaming all Madarassas but many such schools advocate hatred towards people of other religions who they call infidels. Children’s mind is like a fertile ground, where if you sow good seeds you would reap good fruit. If not, the result would be bad fruits like ISIS, Al-Quida, IM, etc.

    The so called 'state utions ' as a method of punishment is curse on Humanity. That not only includes ISIS , but US lethal injections , Hangings in India also other countries and crimes committed on behest of war ( syrian or gaza bombings). Beheading is very cruel , videos r barbaric , can make anyone cry and pray for that soul.

    There are modest punishments like hard labour or even life imprisonment which r humane. DEATH PENALTY SHOULD BE ABOLISHED period

    Does this apply to those who are put behind bars on False allegations of Blasphemy & if at all courts release them, they are put to death by mob in Pakistan?
    Cult Leaders who radicalize peace loving people into this barbaric acts needs to be stopped when Preaching Hatred quoting Holy Scriptures like Sharuk Khan's interpretation of same scriptures in Movie "MY Name Is Khan" did.

    Next in line is an American convert to Islam whom they captured in Syria.
    This Shows how they respect other people who practice Islam.
    They are not saviors of Islam but Killers who doesn't know they are breaking the Law of God, which was handed down to Moses according to Jewish & Christian Scriptures.
    Those who cannot give Life to Dead doesn't have right to TAKE it as well. Only The Creator has that right.
    No religion has the right to take others life unless they are following "Satan".
    US & present Obama should be blamed for gifting failed states to World by their interventions throughout Middle East for present GENOCIDE.

    Expected that you ask me to take nap so that you can comment and disagree as per you own set of rules.. Mentality of your is greatest threat to humanity. I am not bothered about your disagree and comments.. Untill and unless so called secularism is beheaded this problem prevails across the globe whether it is Mangalore or Dubai. That thought process should be beheaded first. FYI I am not commenting here for more number of Thumbs up buttons.     Jayaprakash...Praveen is 100% right. Those getting killed are Christians. Indian government will raise it's voice only if terrorists kill the muslims. That is the reason Indian government is mum on these killings. India should join forces to attack this meance. ISIS is dangerous to whole society. It should be wiped out completely.

    Please add Kashmiri Pandits of our own country who were thrown out by militants. Any one bothered to question the act of Pakistan sponsored terrorism in Kashmir? Those who do not want to live in democratic India are free to go to Pak-occupied Kashmir!!
