Mr. Rai, allocation of funds is one aspet and best utilization is another. Utilization is what that gone wrong each time. There must be a plan, there must be a budgeted cost associated with each plan, there must be quality assurance with each plan and there must be financial audit, while each of this happens transperently is what peoples aspiration.

It looks there are identified places where the funds are to be used. Now, put the plan in public domain, put the budgeted cost in public domain and then setup a citizen committee for quality check and funds utility. The commitee should publish their finds on quality of material, costs and work quality every week.
Thus, you score two things 1) Public respect 2) Best utilization of funds & quality work.

Now talking about crores, about 15 months back when Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev were campaigning about Indian black money in swiss bank accounts, I have received mobile SMS to join hands to bring back Rs.450 lakh crores lying in Swiss Bank Accounts, So If you devide this 450 lakh crores by the population of India (125 crores) each one will get 360000(Three lakhs sixty thousand) thus total poverty could have been eradicated, but about three months ago I read in some news papers, it was 450 crores, where the other money gone?

A good move by govt. for sanctioning 200 crores for development work of Bantwal. We the common people should be vigilant whether sanctioned money is properly utilised and work completed in time.. My friend R Bhandarkar mentioned few hundred crores also sanctioned for fish market in kulai..Mangalore city deserve a good whole sale fish market.Fishing industries is one of the backbone to coastal economy. See the condition of fish market in maidan nr, state bank. There is scope for improving the condition of the fish markets.

Rs 125 crores for drinking water project? most of the villages are connected with water project already, so the team will spend 10% of 125 crores in fixing some lines and other 90% for all the govt officers and other people. Not sure when whole 200 crores will be spent on projects!!

I think the other day, Shri Bhava talked of some Rs 150 crore(?)
(not sure of figure) for Kulai Fish Market!
For us and all Rs.200 crores sanction for whole of Bantwal is peanuts !! is it not?
For our 'Fish Market' only so much is coming!!
    Yes or No-Mr Bava??
Now for us all development sanction of 100-200 crores..don't care!Only talk of 2000 crores and above! Then we may get 200 crores!!
