Bantwal: Miscreants vandalize Yuvaka Mandala office

Bantwal, Oct 13: A group of miscreants entered the office of local Yuvaka Mandala at Mangalapadavu in Veerakamba gram and vandalized the place.

The incident came to light on Monday, Oct 13. Veerakamba gram panchayat had let a building to national Yuvaka Mandala at Mangalapadavu. Local youths used to play games such as carom here. A few days ago the club members had gone to Muthu market.

It is learnt that that miscreants have broken the door and entered the club. They have also destroyed chairs, carom board, bat and trophies secured by the members. The club members have also alleged theft. When the club members came back on Monday, they saw broken pieces of items scattered in the club.

A case has been lodged in Vitla police station.
