Daijiworld Media Network – Udupi (SP)

Udupi, Oct 20: The body of Susheela Poojarthi (66), who used to live with her daughter at Geetha Nivasa in Kuchchikadu in Belapu village in the taluk, was found from a well belonging to her neighbour on Sunday October 19.

Susheela had left home on Saturday evening for her evening walk as usual, but had not returned home. Her daughter, Vijaya, in a report filed in Shirva police station, felt that her mother would have decided end her life, having been depressed over the death of her relative, Radha Poojary, recently.

The policemen, who have registered a case of unnatural death, are investigating.
