Mangalore: Shree Durgadevi Temple celebrates Deepotsava

Mangalore, Oct 26: Ve Mu Sridhar Tanthri conducted the prayer service and gave a head start to the Deepotsava here on Saturday October 25, at Kunjur Shree Durgadevi Temple, Padubidri.

Maharanga Puja was conducted. Naama Sankeerthane was held by people of Belapu village. Later carnival of sacrifices, airport chariot festival and distribution of Prasad were held.



On this occasion Sri Devala managing committee president B Devaraj Rao Nadimane, Pavitrapani folk scholar K L Kundantaya, Archak Hari Udupa Kunjur, administrative committee members, Sri Durga friends circle members, devotees and others were also present.
