Bantwal, Oct 31: A chick in a local's house at Thumbay here has become the cynosure of all eyes. Call it nature's wonder or a freak, this adorable little chick has four legs!
The chick is in the house of Padmavathi in Lachil of Thumbay.
Ever since the news of its presence got around, many curious people from the vicinity have flocked to the house to marvel at this little wonder.
The hen in the house had laid twelve eggs which hatched just three days ago. One chick was curiously found to have four legs.
The two extra legs are near its rear end and are of a different colour, shape and size.
The chick is said to be as healthy as the other chicks.
