Mangaluru, Nov 7: A Seminar on ‘Leadership and Personality Development’ was conducted at XITC, Assaigoli on November 6.

The resource person was Rev Dr Ronald Coutinho, director, Samanvaya, Mangaluru. The chief guest was Raghav S Padil, inspector, Konaje Police Station.


Chairman of Xavier Educational Trust, J J V Fernandes welcomed the Gathering. F M Lobo, secretary of the trust proposed the vote of thanks. Principal of XITC Sudhir Raj Kotian and trustee Stephen Pinto were present. Shivanand compered the programme.

Xavier Educational Trust is a non-profit making Organization which has been rendering service to the under privileged youth of the Society.

    Hope this program will be carried out in every school..colleges of india..so, important to be a leader and have qualities.by building personality.
    Stand in front of the mirror and try speaking like Amtabh bachan or narendra modi and you will see for yourself.
    try talking like Clinton or Kennedy..
    Yes, you can but needs lots of training and practice with guidance and education..
    also have Toast masters association in every college.
