Udupi, Nov 5: A speed post bag which was being brought to Udupi from Bangalore was reported missing on Nov 3. According to the complaint lodged by K R N Murthy, Assistant Superintendent of posts, Mangalore, the bag contained 63 articles and 17 passports and was being brought on a KSRTC bus along with other two bags.
The bus reached Udupi and the conductor of the bus handed over the 2 bags to the postal staff at Udupi and one bag was found missing in the bus.
In this connection a case has been registered in Udupi Town police station and investigation is on to trace the articles.
