Mangaluru, Nov 13: The Annual sports day of St Aloysius P U College was held on Wednesday November 12,2014. Mahabala Marla, mayor of Mangalore City Corporation was the chief guest. Fr Denzil Lobo S J, principal Fr Melwin Mendonca SJ, vice principal Rekha K Alva and physical directors Naveen Kumar and Usha A J were the dignitaries present on the stage.
In his address, the stressed that every student along with the spirit of sportsmanship should be a good citizen. He added that every student should imbibe values that are instilled by the institution. He also enlightened the students about their duties as citizens.
Students were present in a great number and marched in unison. Ganesh Amin, dean welcomed the gathering and the programme ended with the vote of thanks by the physical director Usha A J.
