Kundapur: Car catches fire suddenly, no casualties

Kundapur, Nov 16: A car which was parked in front of the house has been completely destroyed after it caught fire.

The incident happened at Kavrady in Kambalagadde near Kundapur on Sunday at 8 p m.

Some goods kept near the car were also destroyed.

As per reports, Ajith Shetty parked his Maruti 800 car and came to Sitarama Shet’s house and was talking to him. Suddenly the car caught fire. The gas cylinders which were kept nearby also caught fire and exploded. The grinder was also damaged in the process.

Fire brigade came in time to save from further damages. Sitarama, his wife and Ajith were not hurt.

    looks like he burned the car himself and now he will claim for insurance, if he sells this maruti 800 car he will not get more than 30,000RS so its pre-planned

    If crime scenes were photographed in such details all crimes would have a investigated easily. Police dept. has to learn a lot.
