Mangaluru: Fire destroys shop at Jeppinamogaru

Mangaluru, Nov 22: 'Panika General Stores' located at Karmbubettu, Jappinamogaru here was burnt down due to short circuit on Saturday November 22 at midnight.

The shop belonged to Manoj Achari and the loss is estimated upto Rs 2.5 lac. There were also two other shops attached to the general stores, but they were not affected by the fire.

Fire service rushed to the spot and soon managed to douse the fire.
