Mangalore: Speeding car hits pedestrian at Kuntikan

Mangalore, Nov 23: A speeding car injured a pedestrian near Kuntikan here on Sunday November 23.

The injured person has been identified as Suresh (45), a mechanic in KSRTC depot.

The incident occurred when the car plying from Nanthoor hit Suresh just after he came out of the KSRTC depot and was about to cross. The car went out of control and veered off the road.

Suresh was rushed to a private hospital in the city.

Eyewitness said that the car was being driven at a high speed.

Kadri police registered a case.
