I don't think any recommendations will work here, especially in India and here in Mangalore. I have seen thousands of recommendations we gave for improvement, to avoid such fatal accidents... no authorities nor political leaders listen to those. I have realized it. We feel frustrated and some times feel responsible persons and we give so many recommendations like do this, do that.. speed breakers, limit the speed, improve the infrastructure, better foot paths... nothing it heard. Heard is only the fatal death news, every day almost we are hearing a youth loosing his life for the busses, infrastructure, for deadly drives by heavy vehicles... or because of self over speeding. So, now the ultimate solution which can be implemented is that you take care of yourself. Be cautious... be careful .. while driving, while walking on roads, while taking your kids on the roads... what ever we do, we need to be extra careful. that's the only way we can survive ourself. Still there is a huge chance of we becoming victims of this bad system. May not be able to escape...
