Mangaluru, Dec 9: It's the season for weddings, and bringing together the best in wedding fashion and jewellery under one roof, iDreams Trade Events Private Limited will organize a unique 'Femina Mangalore Wedding Fair 2015' from January 2 to January 4, 2015, at TMA Pai International Convention Centre. The event will be open on all three days from 11 am to 9 pm.
Addressing a press meet here on Tuesday December 9, Sneha Kotiyan, member of the organizing team said, "The Mangalore Wedding Fair is a first-of-its-kind exhibition which brings together wedding related products, finery and services. It will serve as a one-stop shop for the discerning wedding client looking for high quality products and services from manufactures and distributors of the wedding industry and lifestyle sectors."
"Mangalore is the second most exciting market in Karnataka after Bangalore. Its population has travelled extensively, is highly educated, culturally active and has exquisite taste. Buyers actively seek luxury in terms of product and services," she said.
"A three-day exibition bringing together over 50 brands and vendors related to weddings. Big names in the silk industry like Deepam Silks and Vijayalakshmi Silks are coming to Mangaluru with fresh Kanjeevaram and silk collections," she added.
"Meraj Designer Studio plans on showcasing the latest trends in bridal wear and men's wear. A popular brand in Bengaluru, Varsiddhi, is coming in with its cocktail sarees and Anarkalis. A fantastic array of jewellery is being lined up by diamond and gold jewellery merchants of Bengaluru and Mangaluru.
"The Femina Mangaluru Wedding Fair sets itself apart by including vendors who are most important for a wedding. Under this umbrella, you can find a gorgeous florist, a 360 degree wedding planner, candid photographers, make-up artists and even nail-art specialists," Sneha said.
"The organisers, iDreams Events plans to make this exibition a shopping destination for the whole family, and so every brand will bring along its range of outfits for parents, siblings and cousins of the bride and groom. With colour coordinated outfits and matching accessories for the family, the eshibition promises to be a great shopping fair," stated a press release from the organizers.
